Products:

JOSHICA BEAUTY offers wholesale pricing on a variety of natural handmade soap bars and natural hair care products made from quality natural ingredients. Size and colors may vary slightly due to the characteristics of handmade products. Prices are subject to change without notice and the most current price list supersedes any other pricing or price list. Feel free to call me with questions or to go over my best-sellers and to help you decide which items are best for you. 

Payment:

We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and Paypal as a form of payment for qualified wholesale orders.

Net 30 terms are extended for large subsequent orders after credit approval. Net 30 terms begins once credit references have been verified. If your account runs past due, all new orders and shipments will be held until the account is paid in full. If the account is over 30 days past due, a late fee of $30 per month will be charged regardless of invoice amount.

If the account exceeds 60 days past due, it will be submitted for collection assistance and will then be placed for C.O.D. (cash only) status. If you foresee a problem with your account, please give us a call so we can make other arrangements for payment. Should the account go to collection all fees associated with this service will be added to the balance due.

Minimums:    

Opening order minimum:  $300
Re-order minimum: $200

Shipping:

Wholesale accounts pay shipping costs on packages. Shipments usually occur within 2-3 weeks. If you require a faster delivery time than the promised ship date on order confirmation, a rush charge of 20% will apply. We will work to find the most economical way to ship your order in a prompt and friendly fashion. However, we currently use USPS as our primary shipper.

Wholesale online purchases are not eligible for free shipping promotions or "flat rate" shipping promotions.

International and domestic wholesale orders can be subject to additional shipping charges following processing of online wholesale orders depending on weight, insurance and expectancy.

Any items that are missing from a shipment and appear on the invoice must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order. At that time we will re-ship missing items. If you do not notify us for missing items, you will be liable for amount due which is stated on the invoice.

Any items that are broken or damaged as a result of a manufacturer defect or shippment must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order. Contact us immediately and we will discuss how to ship the product back so that we may assess the damage and fix or replace items.

Order Fulfillment:

Estimated production time is 1-2 weeks. A rush charge of 20% will be added to orders that require an interruption of our production calendar. Some substitutions may be made or items may be backordered and shipped upon availability.

Returns:

If you have any merchandise to be returned, please call or email us and let us know. You may then pack it and send it back for credit to your account. Please keep in mind that there will be a 20% re-stocking fee. Returned items must be in re-sellable condition only and we reserve the right to refuse any items that do not meet this requirement. There will be no returns allowed without authorization. Non-authorized returns will be charged a 40% restocking fee

Return of online wholesale orders are applied to the customer’s online wholesale account as online store credit only. Returned items will not be credited to current or past invoices or outstanding balances. 

Cancellation fee:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. There is a 20% cancellation fee on orders that are cancelled within 7 days before delivery. All sales are final. Restocking fees will be charged to your credit card on file at the time of cancellation.

Placing a wholesale order confirms your understanding of the above.

 Online Order Process:

  1. Log-in to your wholesale account to view wholesale pricing and place orders from the website. If you’ve not been assigned log-in information please contact us via email at info@joshicabeauty or via phone at 323-591-9532 to open up a wholesale account and get a wholesale website login In order to set-up a wholesale account you will need to provide the following information: Business Name| Ordering Agent Name| Business Tax ID #| Address| Phone| Email
  2. Add products to your shopping cart. Wholesales prices will be reflected only when logged in with wholesale customer credentials.
  3. At checkout simply provide a PO#.
  4. Net term customers will receive net terms from date of shipment.
  5. First time orders, and non-net term customers are required to pre-pay with PayPal or credit card.
